Organizational culture often mirrors the organization's core values and directly reflects the organization's leadership. This has been extremely clear in my four years at the company. The culture you have created has a trickle down effect on local sales teams.

I feel like I have a voice, I feel valued, I feel respected, I feel I am given the tools to develop.

All of this is only possible with the right culture and culture is a top down effect.

Before TPV we came from PHILIPS and started the TPV adventure together in 2009. I'll never be able to thank you for your trust and help over the years. We started out together, but we won't be finishing up together, honour to the eldest. One of my greatest memories is having you taste Chateau d'Yquem (the greatest white wine in the world). I'm going to feel very lonely now, and I wish you all the best for the future.
